Tumbledown 6:00 - 7:30

Mike Herrera's Tumbledownis an alternative country band from
Bremerton, Washington consisting of MxPx bassist/vocalist Mike Herrera and
Rocky Point All Stars.
The name "Tumbledown" comes from a line of Woody Guthry's biography, which
mentioned a "tumbledown kind of town." They are currently signed to End Sounds,
which is based out of Austin, Texas.
Herrera has pointed out that he has been writing country songs since 1998, and
that this project has been long awaited. He has cited Whiskeytown, Hank Williams,
Johnny Cash, and Bill Monroe among influences. The songs "Ballad of a Factory
Man", Sunny in Dallas", and"Lonesome" posted on Tumbledown's Myspace page,
feature Herrera's unmistakable vocals and penchant for catchy melodies with a
backing of classic country instrumentation far removed from MxPx's distinctive punk
rock sound. The ban has often covered MxPx songs at their shows, showcasing Herrera's
ability to write songs that are versatile enough to excel in any genre.

Scott Kirby 2:30 - 3:30

|
As singer songwriter Scott Kirby releases his 6th CD of original material
ROW ME HOME, a project produced in Los Angeles by legendary drummer/songwriter/
producer Russ Kunkel, he continues to tour extensively around the country
appearing at festivals, clubs and theatres, performing his brand of coastal
inspired folk rock sometimes referred to as "beach folk".
Although the comparison to Jimmy Buffett is natural because of Kirby's
coastal life ranging from his grandparents' roots in Newfoundland, to his years
on the coast of New England, to his current home in Key West, his storytelling
style of songwriting and often humorous live performances are also reminiscent
of folks like Harry Chapin, Jerry Jeff Walker and Steve Goodman with a dash
of James Taylor thrown in.
He recently appeared at The Margaritaville Café in Key West with Jimmy Buffett
and Mac MacAnally and has appeared with a number of artists over the years from
Carole King to Livingston Taylor.

Jr. Cadillac 4:00 - 5:30
 |
A Northwest Legend!
In the past 30 years, many hundreds of groups have come and gone in the
Northwest. As far as I know, only one has endured. There have been personnel
changes over the years, but Jr. Cadillac has thrived by playing a danceable
mix of original and classic rock'n'roll for hundreds of thousands of people.
It's a remarkable achievement.
